Sunway Resort, Kuala Lumpur – Talent Houz marked International HR Day with a vibrant networking event that brought together HR leaders, professionals, and wellness advocates to share ideas, insights, and inspiration under the theme “A Better Path Forward.”
The morning began with a dynamic networking session and a live MyWellness Assessment led by Mr. Paresh Subramaniam, CEO of Engage Life. His session spotlighted the role of wellness in driving people-first leadership and challenged HR professionals to rethink their approach to engagement and culture-building.
“HR needs to move from the sidelines to the center of workplace culture,” Paresh shared.
