At Talent Houz, the safety and security of job seekers are our top priority. We have been made aware of fraudulent activities in which scammers impersonate Talent Houz recruiters and representatives to deceive individuals through job scams.

These scams may involve fake job offers, requests for personal or financial information, or upfront payments for job placement. Please be aware that Talent Houz does not charge job seekers any fees for our recruitment services.

How to Identify a Job Scam

Be cautious if you encounter any of the following:

• Job offers made without a formal interview
•  Requests for sensitive personal data (IC number, bank details, OTP, etc.)
• Demands for money to secure a job or process documents
• Pressure to act quickly or threats of losing the opportunity
• Imitation profiles using our logo or branding may send unsolicited messages claiming to be our official recruiters.

How to Identify Genuine Talent Houz Communication:

• All our official emails end with @thmanpower.com
• We never charge candidates for job placements.
• We conduct interviews via proper channels (Google Meet,  Zoom, MS Teams, and Talent Houz official phone lines).
• Our recruiters will always identify themselves with their full name, position, and company contact.

1. Do not share any personal, financial, or sensitive details.

2.Do not make any payments – legitimate recruiters will never ask for money.

4.Lodge a report with the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) or CyberSecurity Malaysia.

5.Take screenshots and keep records of the suspicious communication.
