Starting a career is about more than securing a job — it is also about understanding how to manage and plan for the future.
As part of the K-Youth Programme, Talent Houz recently organised a KWSP Awareness Talk for our K-Youth participants at Cycle & Carriage, Mutiara Damansara.
Together with the KWSP team, participants gained practical insights into how EPF works, how employee and employer contributions are structured, and the importance of understanding their savings from the beginning of their careers. The session also gave participants an opportunity to ask questions and better understand how EPF supports their long-term financial security.
Through initiatives like this, the K-Youth Programme aims to prepare young talents beyond employability skills alone. By providing exposure to practical workplace and financial knowledge, we hope to help participants enter the workforce feeling more informed, prepared and confident about their future.
A big thank you to Puan Atela and the KWSP team for sharing their knowledge with our participants, and to Cycle & Carriage for hosting the session.
Talent Houz looks forward to continuing collaborations that create meaningful learning opportunities and support young talents as they take their first steps into the working world.
Get Skilled. Get Paid. Get Employed.
