Job Placement Issues:

Our client is a global fashion e-commerce platform, they were facing a challenge in hiring Malaysia’s local workforce to reduce their dependence on third-party foreign workers. However, they experienced a very high turnover of the local staff, most candidates could not sustain for more than a month due to high expectations of operational KPI. Also, very low conversion of successful hires despite the number of job applicants being good, only 7-8 staff stay out of around 100 job applicants interviewed (for the first 2 months)

How we resolve their issue :

• Understand their culture & operational KPI, conduct a survey among the workers who left, and address the key factor of the high turnover rate.

• Organized targeted outreach campaigns to attract candidates with a background in warehouse/industrial environments. Simplify the hiring process to enhance the candidate experience, and avoid long turnaround time.
